BLACK BEAUTY® roofing granules are also "green" recycled products. They include shingle headlap granules, roofing mineral products, backsurfacing granules and ceramic coated granules. As with BLACK BEAUTY® blasting abrasive, recycling coal combustion by-products to produce environmentally sound, recycled aggregate for Reed roofing granules averts disposal of coal slag in landfills or commercial dumps.
